The FAULHABER Brushless DC-Servomotors are built for extreme operating conditions. They are almost silent in operation and produce very low EMI. The rare earth magnet rotor and System FAULHABER skew wound stator coil ensure that these motors deliver top performance dynamics within minimum overall dimensions.

The FAULHABER Brushless, Sensorless DC Motors consist of a System FAULHABER skew wound stator coil and a high energy rare earth magnet with iron feedback as a rotor. It also reduces the amount of motor leads to a minimum of 2, for simple connection and integration. These motors are specifically designed for continuous duty applications where constant, reliable speed control is essential. Optional inputs/outputs like dynamic brakes, enable, and frequency outputs are available.

The 3564K024BC from FAULHABER combines a compact high power brushless DC-Servomotor with the innovative MCBL2805 motion controller in one integrated package. This intelligent drive features velocity control from 10 to 10,000 rpm and the ability to create velocity profiles for example, trapezoidal, ramping, and triangular profiles. In positioning mode resolutions of 0.36° are possible even without the optional gearing. Stepper and gearing modes with external encoder input make system integration and synchronization simple. Torque control through current regulation, current limiting, over temperature, over and under voltage protection, On-Board memory for saving program sequences and macros, RS-232 interfacing, and the ability to multiplex with up to 255 more units round out the myriad of standard features. The 3556...KBLI is a simplified version that features an integrated speed control.
