The company offers its new 10-mm and 16-mm analytical valve systems for analytical, medical and biotechnical applications. The 6600 Series of 2-way and 3-way valves can be easily installed on a manifold because all inlets are together on one side. Made of high quality PEEK, PVDF or ETFE plastic, thevalves have Simriz isolating diaphragms that completely separate the actuator from the fluid for ease of maintenance. A stainless steel plate isolates the actuator from the coil ensuring no heating of the media and allowing removal of the coil while the body stays mounted to the manifold. In addition, the frictionless and back pressure tight Rocker and Flipper designs are resistive to clogging and sticking, offering a long service life combined with high accuracy and reliable operation.

Based on the reliable Type 127 rocker-style solenoid valves that have been field proven in thousands of applications through millions of cycles, the new series offers many improvements for many analytical, medical and biotechnical applications. These low dead-volume valves are especially valuable to eliminate cross-contamination. Customers can specify NPT 1/8, G 1/8, UNF ¼-28, push-on tube connection or sub-base combined with flying lead or plug electrical connections.

Custom design solutions, manifolds and accessories are available and supported by over 30 sales and application design engineers. Applications include blood analysis, chromatography, peptide synthesis, laboratory analysis, kidney dialysis, and other critical medical equipment.

Small and reliable, these valves handle difficult fluids while hermetically isolating the fluids from the actuator. The valves have up to 80% lower cost of ownership with OEM and volume discounts available.
