Model 300B-1 Tube Cutter

Lakeview Equipment's new Model 300B-1 Short Length Tube Cutter is versatile, productive, and easy to use. It is specifically designed for limited production runs of a variety of plastic tube material and sizes. It provides ease of operation within limited bench space. And its affordable cost makes it practical to use in multiple-station assembly operations.

Features:

• Cuts tube lengths from 1/16" to 3". Minimum length of cut depends on tube diameter and material hardness. For cuts from 3" to x, use our Model 125-B cutter.
  
• Cuts up to 3/4" diameter standard; custom models cut up to 2" diameter. (Material hardness, wall thickness, and composition may limit maximum size.)
  
• One cutter may be used to cut different size tubes using interchangeable ejector rams and matching bushings. Additional ram/bushing sets are required for each different tube diameter and/or cut length. Rams and bushings are easily changed.
  
• Cuts a variety of plastic, rubber, and elastomeric tubing.
  
• Pneumatic operation for clean, square cut; actuation is by finger switch.
  
• Cutting blades are easily replaced.
  
• Lightweight/portable; weighs 8 lbs

How It Works:

1. Hand-feed tubing through the left-hand bushing into the right-hand ram to stop.
2. Depress and release finger switch
3. On release, the cut piece is ejected through a base opening into a tray or other receptacle.
4. See instruction sheet for directions on changing the blade and bushing set.
