Modular Cleanroom

Purified has developed a modular cleanroom specifically designed to withstand frequent washdowns and exposure to corrosive chemicals. The frame system is constructed of type 304 stainless steel, resistant to chipping and shedding even in the harshest environments
It is ideal for use in biopharmaceutical production and ultra pure chemical processing.

Ceiling grid sections are manufactured from type 304 stainless steel sheets formed into angles and welded into standard size grids. All metal is polished to a 180 grit pharmaceutical grade #4 finish. Computer controlled punching and notching assure uniform fastener location and easy installation. These rigid, continuous grids can be used to make-up rooms of virtually any sizes. In-stock component grids are based on a standard 2 x 4 size. Purified's stainless steel Fan Filter Unit or any commercially available fan filter module can be used.

Free standing cleanrooms use a system of support legs of virtually any height. They are fabricated from heavy-gauge stainless steel square tubes polished to a 140 to 180 grit pharmaceutical grade finish. Heavy-duty casters are available for mobile rooms. Modular Cleanroom grid system may be supported from the ceiling, usually by a system of eyebolts or turnbuckle supports.
