Moeller Design and Development, Inc. specializes in the prototype and production of cast urethane parts. Seven meter-mix machines and 22 vacuum pressure chambers facilitate controlled use of advanced-property materials. In-house use of two SLA 5000s, one SLA 500/40, and one SLA 250/40 allows for rapid design verification and quick turnaround of intricate patterns for silicone tooling. Moeller Design and Development, Inc. also offers insert molding, quick-turn membrane keypads, and soft overmolding capabilities with the cast-urethane process.
