NC Verification Software

CGTech announces the release of Vericut 4.0 that includes the latest breakthrough in NC verification software--full material removal during machine tool simulation.

Vericut is software that enables users to eliminate the process of manually proving-out NC programs by simulating the material removal process on a computer. The program uses G-codes and CAM output to simulate milling, drilling, turning, wire EDM, and mill/turn machining operations.

Version 4.0 simulates entire NC machine tools and shows the material-removal process directly on the machine for turning operations. This enables users to preview all aspects of the machining process exactly as they take place on the shop floor so they can simultaneously check for machine collisions and verify the NC part program.
