Nd:YAG Laser

The LW400 pulsed Nd:YAG laser welder is designed for high-speed seam and spot welding applications that require deep penetration at a high repetition rate. Its power, pulse shaping ability, and wave form control contribute to achieving weld speeds tat are 25-30% faster than conventional pulsed lasers with similar average power ratings.

The laser has up to six fiber outputs, that can be configured in Time Share or Energy Share modes. A single laser can support multiple workstations, and can be located up to 30 m away.

The laser is capable of welding difficult materials such as aluminum, that require more energy due to reflectivity, and heat dissipation characteristics.
