The LW300 is a high peak power, pulsed Nd:YAG laser welder rated at 300W continuous power and 7kW peak power. It is capable of deep penetration spot welds for microjoining applications with 70 joules of energy. The pulse repetition rate is adjustable from 1 Hz to 200 Hz. Pulse width is programmable from 0.3ms to 20ms in 0.1ms increments.
