Based on Windows NT operating system and standard PC hardware, InSight gives the most flexibility in daily clinical use. System is network ready and can be used in conjunction with many off-the-shelf commercial software.

InSight workstation is both DICOM3.0 and Y2K compliant. InSight has connected to DICOM systems of GE, Siemens, Pickers, Elsinct, Toshiba, and proprietary formats of Imatron EBT through both Megalink and UPOW gateways.
