New Leadership, Ownership Propel Leading Medtech Manufacturer Into The Future

Following Flexan’s acquisition by Ingersoll Rand, a global provider of mission-critical flow creation and industrial solutions, in mid-2024, the company welcomed Yash Siddhartha as President, Medical Device Solutions (MDS). He leads all aspects of the business and brings more than a decade of experience in engineering, global business and marketing, new product development, and sales. He holds a B.S. in engineering and an MBA from Northwestern University.

Siddhartha most recently served as vice president and general manager for ITW Medical, where his previous positions included Global Sales Director and Global Sales and Engineering Manager. Med Device Online recently sat down with Siddhartha to discuss his vision for Flexan, changes as the company moves forward, and the impact of its recent acquisition.
