Non-Porous Package Test System

Carleton Technologies, Inc. announces a replacement for the Test-A-Pack Model F099-1080-13 Integrity Tester. The new Test-A-Pack Model F100-2700-2 Non-Porous Package Test System provides a simple, fast, and accurate method for verifying the integrity of non-porous, flexible packages. The system serves medical, pharmaceutical, and food processing applications as a reliable package leak detector.

The system consists of a fully digital automatic control console and a package test chamber. The control console regulates the vacuum source (sold separately) while providing test data on the display screen. By adding water to the test chamber for submersion testing, the exact location of any package leak can be observed by a stream of bubbles. The 2700 is capable of displaying test data in inches or millimeters of mercury (gauge or absolute values) and also provides an altitude simulation test.

The user friendly keypad and bright fluorescent display make the 2700 easy to operate. The date, time, machine settings, and test results can be automatically printed out for your records with the optional Test-A-Pack printer.
