Pad Print Machinery offers the largest selection of pad printing equipment, ranging from small inexpensive tabletop models to fully automated printers. Aside from our standard line, we can also design specialized equipment to fit your unique pad printing applications. We also carry plate (cliché) making equipment and a variety of pretreatment and final ink-curing accessories. This broad range of equipment has helped us become an industry leader in technology and innovation.
Best Fit
In order to help the you find the "best fit" in a printer, we request sample pieces. We then configure a machine that we believe is best suited for the job. Different artworks are then tested on the samples. This enables us to provide you with a machine that we know is best suited for the job. If you're printing on a variety of items, we test samples from each item type to determine which machine will work best overall.
Training
If you want to do your own artwork and plate making, we can help by assisting in acquiring and setting up the necessary equipment, and then training you on the process. This enables you to go from idea to print in the same day, rather than waiting the normal one to four days to have artwork generated and a plate made. For customers who want to have their print design put on to cliché and sent to them, we also have a complete in-house graphics and plate-making department. This is helpful when you can better utilize your time and resources on the printing process alone.
Supplies
We also supply inks and pads. Our ink department can provide you with the right ink for each individual application. If you are unsure of the type of ink needed for a particular substrate, we can test our inks on sample pieces of substrate and recommend an ink that will insure good adhesion and durability. Although most of our inks come in the standard Pantone colors, we can also mix special colors to meet your specific requirements.
