PC/104-Plus Expansion Module

N/Aule/VFP-III is a PC/104-Plus expansion module that delivers ultra-high speed PCI-based CRT and flat panel video performance. The compact, low-power PC/104-Plus expansion module operates over 0-70°C; a –40 to +85°C extended temperature version is also available. Designed to stack directly with the company's CoreModule CPU products, the module offers multiple video interface options supporting a variety of conventional and ruggedized display technologies and video software standards. Its graphics controller supports a range of digital flat panel technologies from various manufacturers. To support variable signal timing and interface requirements, a programmable VGA BIOS is located in on-board flash. Resolutions of up to 1,280 x 1,024 pixels and color depths to 24-bits (true color) are supported. In addition, the display controller includes GUI acceleration hardware that can boost the performance of Windows and other graphics-intensive applications.
