Phillips-Medisize Completes Acquisition Of Injectronics

Phillips-Medisize Corporation (the “Company”) today announced it has completed its previously announced acquisition of Injectronics Corporation (“Injectronics”). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

This acquisition expands Phillips-Medisize’s footprint, providing purpose-built facilities in the Northeastern United States, a global center of biopharmaceutical and medical device innovation, and opportunities for continued growth in these areas.
