Established in 1907, the company is a leading producer of photo-etched and electroformed parts. CAD files are used to image metals and alloys including: Elgiloy, Nitinol, Stainless Steel, Coppers, Nickels, Molybdenum, Tungsten and Titanium. The company produces prototype, low start-up volume and cost-effective, very high-volume continuous coil production quantities. Their photochemical machining process, producing burr-free, tight tolerance parts in thickness from .0005 in.- .020 in., provides a more precise alternative to stamping while avoiding expensive tooling and long lead times. For tighter tolerances, the company makes electroformed parts, mesh and precision sieves with densities of over 1,000 lines-per-inch and tolerances to plus/minus 2 microns.
