The Model 520 Tubing Coiler automatically measures, cuts and bands various diameters of flexible tubing. The machine pulls the tubing from a spool, wraps the tubing around two one-in. diameter posts, retains the coil by heat sealing two 0.375-in. tape strips around the coils, and cuts the coiled assembly from the machine. Coil size can be quickly changed via a self-centering mechanism which simultaneously varies the center distance of all winding posts. The machine is completely portable, requiring 115 VAC electrical power and an 80-psi air supply.
