Facilities

Portlyn operates a fully computer integrated manufacturing facility, from concept through shipment. It is integral to every process and procedure, including order processing, design, manufacturing and device assembly. We use Pro E CAD for product design—from initial idea to detailed prints. We have over 10,000 square feet for manufacturing and 2,500 square feet dedicated to finished device assembly in Class 10,000/100,000 clean rooms. Portlyn's equipment capabilities include laser welding, CNC machining, milling, turning, and wire EDM.
