Precision Dispensing System

The company offers a dispensing system for high end and rigorous dispensing applications that require extreme precision. The 700 system has excellent operating and impact resistance and can withstand 4x the impact required by ASTM Standard D5420, 3x the standard operating specifications, was freeze tested to 80°C, or twice the industry standard, and meets or exceeds the standard for dispensing repeatability. The system is silicone, chloride, and carbon free, and meets ASTM and IDEMA contamination standard. Molded of polypropylene, this high-end system ensures compatibility with a wider range of dispensing applications including adhesives, sealants, epoxies and coatings. The system offers UV protection with the ability to screen up to 406nm or UV light and screens visible light up to 520nm.

The barrels feature a deep-threaded luer lock design with an unwind core in the mold. This deep-thread design allows for a more secure fit with the needle. Which ensures a tighter seal and higher quality dispense. In addition, the barrels are ultra-low draft barrels. The inner diameter has been held to exact tolerance to ensure more consistent and repeatable dispensing accuracy. Receiver head assemblies come in 3 and 6 foot lengths for a safe connection to automated dispensing equipment. A special needle system has been designed to accommodate precise applications. The system includes additional accessories such as receiver head assemblies which are made from acetyl-based materials that provide stronger construction and less flex, and a see-through air hose assembly It is available in 4 sizes (3cc, 5cc, 10cc, and 30cc), a variety of colors and is compatible with installed systems. Applications include dispensing for the disk drive, electronics, semiconductor, packaging, medical, and assembly markets. The system offers the manufacturer the ability to use premium quality dispensing tools without having to either reinvest in expensive machinery or consumables.
