Mike Badera, President of Precision Extrusion, announced today the continued expansion of his company's capabilities when he spoke about their major entrance into the Acetal Mandrel market (also known as acetal core or beading). Badera, who founded the company in 1991 with emphasis on quality work, trying the difficult jobs and making certain that the customer was always satisfied, had this to say; "We see the mandrel or core business continuing to expand on a solid basis, and we have taken steps to position ourselves to take advantage of this expansion."

Badera went on to say that, "we now have equipment and technicians with over 50 years combined experience in the manufacture of acetal mandrel. Our product line will include the premium multi-layer core, as well as single and multi-layer Silicone mandrel and the standard single extrusion solid rod. I am hopeful, knowing our track record, and our technically competent and dedicated workforce, that we can be the premier supplier of mandrel stock in less than a year". Never one to shy from difficult challenges, Badera also said that his people will continue to perform at their highest level for the current customers who have asked for, and received, only the highest of technical know-how and service.

Precision Extrusion is experienced in manufacturing a wide variety of single and multi-lumen, small diameter tubing; including striped and multi-layered co-extrusions, balloon tubing, braided reinforced tubing and mandrel stock.
