The PTFE products are manufactured to customer specifications. In addition, by adjusting the resin and processing conditions, the physical characteristics of the tubing can be altered to achieve greater or lesser degrees of flexibility, porosity, and post extrusion shrinkage.
Features include tubing specifications Ids to 0.010 in., walls to 0.0015 in., dimensional tolerances to ±0.0005 in., cut length tolerances to ±0.3mm, capabilities profile extrusion multilumen tubing, heat shrink tubing, surface etching, and custom color matching.
Also included are extruded beading as small as: 0.010 in. and oriented beading as small as: 0.0075 in.
