READYcut is an innovative bench-top programmable cutting machine for medical grade tubing, with a system for solvent dispensing on the tube end. The tubing, cut and wet, is released to the operator's hand for immediate assembly.
Each diameter of tubing requires its own kit.
Kits are easily interchangeable, to work different dimensions of tubing.
Tecnoideal can supply custom made kits for non-standard dimension of tubings, manufactured according to customer samples and specifications.
Special cutting bushings with relevant protective panel are needed when cutting pieces of tubing shorter than 100mm (3.94"), in Continuous mode.
Working with READYcut
You can choose between 7 different operating modes, giving 10 possible way of working:
Resident memory
50 different production cycles can be stored in the memory, offering flexibility in planning production schedules, yet guaranteeing repeatability of the process.
READYcut is particularly suitable in manufacturing of medical tubing sets, where the cut-length precision, accuracy of the cut, and the quality of the solvent dispensing are of the utmost importance to obtain a quick and reliable assembly.

Working with READYcut
You can choose between 7 different operating modes, giving 10 possible way of working:
- SINGLE: 1 tubing length
- MULTIPLE: from 2 to 16 tubing lengths
- CONTINUOUS: only tubing cut, with continuous automatic discharge of the pieces of tubing (solvent dispensing not possible)
- MANUAL: the tubing is cut only after that the operator has picked up the piece of tubing previously cut (solvent dispensing is possible)
- STEP BY STEP: cutting of 1 piece of tubing at each Start or Foot Switch pressure
- SINGLE CYCLE: cutting of 1 sequence at each Start or Foot Switch pressure.
- AUTOMATIC: automatic cutting of pieces of tubing, until reaching the pre-set quantity.
