The MM-336A Weld Checker simultaneously measures and monitors key resistance weld parameters, delivering vital, real-time statistical data required for quality process control. Ideal for ISO 9000 audits and TQM programs, the monitor is delivered ready to print waveforms, standard deviation, histograms, X Bar-R control charts, and failure rates, as well as standard weld data.
Compatible with almost any resistance welder, the analyzer monitors secondary weld current, voltage between electrodes, weld time, and conduction angles. It is equipped with I/O relay outputs, and offer RS data outputs.
