Round Mate Systems was developed by a team of skilled Engineers and Mold Makers at Pleasant Precision, Inc. Round Mate Systems offers quick interchangeability of cavity inserts from the face of the mold without removing the mold base from the molding machine. The Modular Mold Base has a guided ejection system and a cooling jacket that provides balanced cooling, both reducing design time. Round Mate Systems Modular Frames are available in unscrewing, 3-plate, stripper plates,and hot manifold configurations. Now available is System II, a Rectangular Interchangeable Insert System for larger parts.
