Sanitary Split Case Pump

IVEK has developed a revolutionary new sanitary split case pump to compliment its line of precision, positive displacement liquid dispensing systems. Designed for sterile filling applications, this unique pump module facilitates cleaning, sterilization, and pump calibrating operations. All aspects of a "user friendly" design were considered during its development in order to provide operators with the best, most accurate, positive displacement, sanitary dispensing system available.

Constructed from cast, 316 stainless steel, this heavy-duty pump module is extremely durable and stable, and will maintain calibration and accuracy during even the most difficult applications. IVEK's design allows the operator to access the ceramic piston/cylinder, and/or remove the entire pump module assembly without losing calibration. The design reduces the time for set-up, and can be calibrated without wetting the system.

The split case design allows the fluid to flow freely, unobstructed through the wetted components without exposure to cracks, crevices or threads where contamination can occur. This design and the inherent motion of the pistons (simultaneous rotation and reciprocation) minimize dead volume and enhance the ability of the pump head to clear bubbles during priming. This motor/base assembly is capable of being driven by the complete line of rotary dispensing and metering controllers offered by IVEK.
