Seal Packaging Machine

The Liquid Dispensing Four Side Seal Packaging Machine is intended for high speed sterile pouching of medical products. It is ideal for applications where liquid must be dosed into a package during the manufacturing process, with production speeds of 100 packs per minute in a single lane format.

In a dual lane configuration, the machine offers production speeds of 200 packs per minute. Independent computer control of each of the five main drive modules (infeed, side, seal, cross seal, cut and print) ensures that any potential changes is one module do not invalidate the others.

The quick changeover machine is angled to allow the dosing tube to dispense a small amount of liquid in the package prior to the final cross seal. Side seals are created first. The fluid is then injected using a long thin dosing tube so that the exit point of the fluid is dispensed just before the cross seal is made. As a result of precision timing, no fluid is allowed to contact the seal area during the sealing process.
