"e.soft's operating attributes offer a significant breakthrough in computer capabilities," said Randy Weatherhead, vice president of marketing, Siemens Nuclear Medicine Group. "For the first time, physicians will be able to view patient data from any modality at the click of a single button, and technologists will be able to perform all activities relating to acquisition, quality control, processing, displays, printing, and hardcopy, automatically and according to the exact requirements of the user."
Another feature allows users to define all the routine tasks comprising an examination and perform them in a single automated routine.
