Silicone Wire Wound Heaters

Heatflex silicone wire wound heaters by Heatron are an excellent choice for high flex applications. They can be used for blood/fluid and instrument warming, sterilization, temperature therapy, and in instrumentation for dialysis, CPAP, DNA analysis, blood diagnostics, and surgical irrigation.
These wire wound heaters feature freeze protection, condensation prevention, high watt densities, resistance to many chemicals, and excellent repeatability. They can be vulcanized to conform to the contours of irregularly shaped parts, so fitting over custom components or following compound curves aren’t an issue.
