The STICKSCREW System is designed to provide a fast, accurate and efficient method of small-screw insertion
The STICKSCREW System is designed to provide a fast, accurate and efficient method of small-screw insertion. The self-contained, low-cost system eliminates loose screws for improved productivity and quicker attachment of metal or plastic components ranging from P.C. boards and electronic parts to medical equipment, appliances, computers and other fastening applications where small screws are specified.

The system combines a lightweight air-powered driver and "sticks" of up to 110 serially connected hex-head screws in sizes ranging from miniature #0-80 to #8-32 and M2 to M3. Simply insert the stick in the driver, advance to the second screw, depress the lever, place the tip of the rotating screw in the hole, and the screw is driven home, twisting off cleanly from the stick when precise seating torque is reached.

The screws are available in a variety of materials, including steel, stainless steel, brass and aluminum. They can be plated, black oxidized or hardened. Machine screws are standard, and these can be customized. Thread-forming and thread-cutting screws can also be ordered. Several compatible driver tools are available as part of the system.
