SMC Ltd. Announces Major Expansion Of Devens' Massachusetts Facility

Somerset, Wisconsin – SMC Ltd., a medical device contract manufacturer with locations in California, Wisconsin, Massachusetts, North Carolina, Ohio, Costa Rica, United Kingdom and India, announced a 160,000 sq. ft. expansion to their Devens, Massachusetts facility.

With continued success serving the Drug Delivery and Diagnostic markets, SMC’s Devens facility will start a 160,000 sq. ft. expansion. The expansion will include three new ISO 8 cleanrooms, a 2-8 degree C cold chain storage warehouse, and a cutting-edge material handling system to optimize product flow throughout the facility. These advancements will allow for better efficiencies and reliability to support the evolving drug delivery and medical technology markets.
