Snap-Fill™ Single Point Watering System

Systems are standardized and can be installed on any type of battery; there are no complicated layouts and no extra fittings are needed. Valves fit into the standard vent port and are interconnected with tubing that follows the electrical connector path. The same routing is used on batteries of all sizes.

Easy to operate

The operator attaches the pressurized water supply to the Snap-Fill Single Point Watering System. Water begins flowing through tubing and simultaneously activates the patented sensor within each battery valve. A pressure signal from the sensor holds the valve open, allowing water to flow into the cell. As soon as the electrolyte level reaches the sensor, the pressure signal drops instantly to zero and the battery valve closes. A flow indicator on the water supply tubing lets the operator see when all battery cells are filled. The operator then disconnects the quick coupling and replaces the dust cap.

All battery cells are filled independently and topped in 15 to 20 seconds, even when the battery is not sitting level.
