Imaging Studio 5.0 is a new software development kit (SDK) that integrates powerful vision application development functions from the company's IFC library, ITEX library and camera configurator. It is a complete C/C++ foundation library that serves as a high level application program interface (API) for machine vision application development. The SDK provides across the board support for the company's frame grabbers and eliminates the need to develop algorithms for commonly used board control functions, such as MODCNF, which describes the frame grabber's hardware functions. With its robust Interrupt API, the software can handle user-supplied interrupt functions in less than 100 microseconds of an external trigger, ideal for applications requiring manipulation of I/O, start or stop acquisition or start processing at a specified event.
