Ziatech- an Intel company. 8944 Sound Card from <%=company%> features the Sound Port Controller chipset manufactured by Analog Devices. This audio device integrates a DSP/Codec chip along with peripheral circuitry including a FM-type synthesizer, two I2S digit; audio serial ports, and 3D audio. The FM- type synthesizer is OPL3 compatible. The I2S serial ports allow the ZT 8944 to handle multiple digital channels running at different sample rates. It also facilitates integration of wavetable chipsets that use the I2S port for music synthesis and communication.
