Xenon Corporationis a continuous wave, mercury unit that features microprocessor settings for controlled, repeatable cures. It is suited for high-intensity, small-area ultraviolet curing applications. The unit is housed in a cabinet with true "tower" configuration; this modular design allows the unit to be removed from its base and wall-mounted offering the benefit of a zero footprint. The unit can accommodate multiple light guides from a single source. It has a 365-nanometer wavelength and offers a long lamp life of 1,000 hours without refocusing.
The RC 250 is designed for challenging curing applications requiring the benefits of pulsed UV. The high-intensity pulsed system is a portable, hand-held spot curing system with a cure area up to 1 x 2.5 in. It can accommodate one or two light guides and its small size make it suitable for field use. The system's peak power produces fast, cool cures even through thick and pigmented adhesives.
