Sterile Cassette Systems

Source: Sterilization Cassette Systems, Inc.
Sterilization Cassette Systems designs solutions for manufacturers of surgical instruments and medical devices who need sterilization cassettes and case/tray systems as part of their delivery system sold to hospitals and clinics.

Healthcare personnel using autoclaves and washer decontaminators need instrument packaging designs that will process instruments through the cleaning and sterilization process. These sterilization packaging systems are also used to process dental instrument and reusable laboratory components through the sterilization process. These designs require sterilization validation and the FDA's Class II, 510(k) approval. A copy of the SCS 510-K is available upon request.

Initially, SCS designed dental instrument cassettes. These were widely accepted by dental schools, military clinics and private practices. In 1997, SCS began designing orthopedic and surgical instrument cassettes for major hospital and surgical implant corporations. SCS also realized the need to produce generic hospital instrument cassettes. These products were created as a cooperative effort between SCS engineers and surgical technologists at a major Midwestern hospital.

To insure SCS will always deliver quality products to you, SCS has obtained the internationally recognized ISO 9002 certification for Quality Assurance - your guarantee that you will always receive quality products that meet all government and national healthcare organization recommendations.
