Synchronous Controller

The MS332 Synchronous Controller is for use with AC and DC variable speed drives in advanced motor control systems. It simplifies system set-up, monitors performance trends and makes on-the-fly speed adjustments for maximum performance. Its user-programmable functions increase changeover flexibility and reduce downtime. During set-up, the Auto-Teach function automatically calculates the exact speed ratio between lead and follower systems. While running, the Machine Trending feature continually monitors the machine operation and automatically fine-tunes speeds to compensate for system imperfections like wear, stretch and product deviation, keeping the machine in phase. The programmable Event Phase Matching feature allows gradual phase correction over multiple machine cycles. Additional features include:
