Luer syringe activated valves and one way valves are used as in-line check valves or directional flow control valves
Luer syringe activated valves and one way valves are used as in-line check valves or directional flow control valves for liquids or air. The check valves are approved for use in critical medical applications such as endotrachael and tracheostomy tubes and urethal catheters. Features include:

•Valve stem and body will mate securely with all standard Luer syringes
•All materials are USP Class VI and latex free
•Bodies available in ABS, polypropylene, polycarbonate or in PVC for easy bonding
•Stems produced from silicone
•Gamma resistant materials available from stock
•Compatible with American National Standards for medical material, Luer taper fitting ISO 594, ANSI / HIMA MD 70.1-83, EN20594, and BS 5081, 176
•Series 810 are two-piece valves
•Series V24200 and V24300 are three-piece valves
•Series V24500 is a medium profile, two-piece valve with a sleeve molded to the valve body for a one-step crimp attachment to catheter tubes
•Series 2470xx0xx has locking ears on the Luer syringe end that is compatible with the Needleless Luer Syringe
•Series 2470600xx is a short body Luer connector valve with spring
•Series 2471060xx combines a 2470xx0xx valve with a male Luer lock adapter
•Series 2472000xx combines a 2470xx0xx valve with a male slip Luer adapter
•Other valve configurations, as well as custom colors, are available
