Trimless-Flashless Design, Inc. is a Virginia Corporation established in 1993. Our purpose is to provide state of the art mold and tooling design, along with the fabrication of that tooling, to the rubber products molding industry. TFD, Inc. specializes it the design and fabrication of rubber molds that produce product without the need of secondary processing for trim or flash removal. Coupled with our patent pending process for cold transfer, significant savings may be realized in material usage and secondary processing.

TFD, Inc. also offers consulting services for cost reduction, materials conservation, product and process design and development, production support, quality assurance, new product launches and continuous improvement. Specialty compounding to meet strict performance and production goals and specification is available.
