Tri-Mack Plastics thermally-conductive plastic compounds that can be injection-molded and replace metals in many thermal management applications is available. The plastics can be formulated to conduct up to 600°F with a thermal conductivity of 20+ W/mK. Custom formulated from thermoplastic polyimides, PEEK, PPS, LCPs, and other engineering plastics, the compounds can incorporate ceramic-, carbon fiber- and other filters.
