Threadlocker Dispenser
Unlike squeeze bottles and hand syringes, the microprocessor-based dispenser applies threadlocker in consistent amounts. Using a precisely timed air pulse to standardize the amount applied to each part eliminates waste and assures that threaded components are properly secured.
Dispenser operation is simple and efficient. The dispenser console is connected to compressed air and electricity, and threadlocker is loaded into a disposable syringe linked to the console by a flexible air line. The precision timer and air pressure regulator and a convenient "teach" function make it easy to adjust the amount of adhesive for different products and applications. After setting the size of the first deposit, the operator simply positions the dispense tip and presses an electric foot pedal to apply an identical amount of threadlocker on every part. (The dispensing cycle can also be initiated with an optional finger switch, as shown).
