The company has further enhanced the product's functionality by tightening tolerances, producing a trapezoidal screw with a "centralizing" thread form which maintains alignment of the thread axis, prevents wedging, reduces friction, and provides longer life.
These trapezoidal screws have a ± .1mm per 300mm lead accuracy and are manufactured from 4140 alloy steel, or 304 stainless steel in full accordance with ISO standards. Available in eight popular sizes from 10mm through 60mm, the trapezoidal screws are compatible with the company's Ezze-Mount Bearing Supports for system efficiency.
