Tubing Configurator

The IDEX Health & Science Tubing Configurator provides a flexible and comprehensive tool for designing customized tubing assemblies tailored to specific fluidic system requirements. This user-friendly specification sheet allows customers to select a wide array of tubing and fitting configurations, ensuring compatibility and performance for various analytical, diagnostic, and laboratory applications.

Users can define the overall length of tubing, choose outer and inner diameters with precise tolerances, and select from high-performance materials such as PFA, PEEK, FEP, and ETFE. Fitting options include Flangeless™, Super Flangeless™, and Flanged types, with multiple thread types available, including 6-32, 10-32, 1/4-28, M6, and others, supporting both standard and flat-bottom ports.

The configurator further supports full customization through a variety of nut and ferrule material options (e.g., PEEK, PP, PPS, S.S., ETFE, PCTFE) and an extensive color palette for tubing and fittings. Additional enhancements include heat shrink labels at the middle and ends of the tubing, with custom text and color options, supporting easy identification and organization of fluid paths in complex systems.
