Tubing Configurator For Flat Bottom Ports

IDEX Health & Science’s tubing configurator simplifies the process of specifying custom tubing assemblies for precision fluid handling applications. The tool allows users to define assembly requirements by selecting tubing dimensions, materials, fitting styles, and connection details to match their system needs.
Users can specify the exact overall tubing length, including decimal values, and select from standard outside diameter and inside diameter sizes. Available tubing materials include PFA, FEP, PEEK, and ETFE. The configurator also accommodates different fitting styles, including flangeless, Super Flangeless™, and flanged connections, with options for flat-bottom ports.
Additional customization options include thread sizes, nut colors, nut materials, and ferrule materials. Depending on the selected fitting, available thread options may vary. Users can also specify heat-shrink labels at the ends or middle of the tubing, including custom text and color selections to support identification and organization within their systems.
For applications requiring specialized configurations, additional fitting options are available, including hex-head nuts, headless nuts, short nuts, female nuts, flush-head nuts, Luer fittings, barb fittings, BioTight® fitting systems, and Intuitive™ fittings.
When standard options do not meet application requirements, IDEX Health & Science also offers custom tubing extrusions and cuts, tailored inside and outside diameters, and on-site labeling. These capabilities provide greater control over specifications while supporting consistent results.
By bringing key configuration details together in one place, the tubing configurator helps users define their requirements for custom assemblies more clearly. Whether selecting standard components or specifying a specialized tubing solution, users can identify the dimensions, materials, connections, and labeling needed for their application.
