The EZ-Winder is a coiling machine used to assemble and package medical tubing sets. It offers an alternative to conventional methods of coiling and packaging. Its has features that increase production and prevent hand and wrist injuries to personnel. It can make many coil sizes with an adjustable mandrel. The coiler automatically stops when the coil is complete. The machine is manufactured with a laminated work surface and stainless steel construction that is suitable for use in clean rooms. Other features include a foot switch for convenient operation, and adjustable speed and direction controls.
