Type 2031 Diaphragm Control Valve

Burkert's Type 2031 Diaphragm Control Valve is ruggedly designed to give the maximum in performance, and provides essential flow characteristics wherever highly accurate control of temperature, pressure or flow is required.

Burkert will uniquely package the diaphragm valve with pilot actuation of your choice, in addition to providing "easy" communication with the process sensor of choice to provide a complete process control loop solution. Burkert offers a complete range of process sensors and switches including flow, level, pressure, temperature, pH and conductivity for a wide variety of industry/application solutions.

With its uniquely designed 2-way valve body, Type 2031 diaphragm valve provides high flow rates and is available in 316 stainless steel to handle high purity, polluted, dirty, abrasive or viscous liquids. It is widely used in conjunction with sensors and a PLC in all types of continuous control process applications such as pollution control, chemical processing, water treatment and textile dyeing. Because of the self-draining design with minimal dead volume, it is also good for sanitary and high purity applications such as cosmetic processing, food processing and bottling systems.

The diaphragm between the actuator and valve body hermetically isolates the fluid from the actuator. The valves are maintenance-free and extremely robust and can be retrofitted with a comprehensive range of accessories for electrical position feedback, ASI connection, stroke limitation or manual override.
