Branson Ultrasonics Corporationrasonics Corporation's new generation of ultrasonic welding systems is the 2000d/aed Series, which offer versatility, superior performance, ease of use, and improved data management. The 2000 Series offers up to five operating modes: time, energy, peak power, collapse, and absolute distance, and features an improved version of the closed-loop Advanced ultrasonic power supply, built-in patented amplitude stepping, and a higher-performance converter for faster welding.
The 2000 Series is appropriate for all production situations - manual, semi-automated or fully automated - and provides fast, easy and efficient assembly. Available in power outputs of from 400 to 3300 watts (depending on the requirements of the application), and frequencies of 15, 20, 30, and 40 kHz, the 2000 Series features digital controls with a one millisecond sampling rate for accurate and repeatable welding. CE-compliance models are available.
