Vacuum decay is one of the most sensitive non-destructive leak detection methods for pouches.  PTI’s VeriPac FLEX D-Series technology is a test chamber that will conform to the pouch shape and size.  Rather than the flexible package expanding outward, the membrane draws down to the package.  The benefits of the VeriPac FLEX D-Series includes not putting any peel strength on the pouch seal, reducing test chamber volume for maximum sensitivity, and being able to test a variety of pouch shapes and sizes without any adjustments or changeover.
