Sonics & Materials 'F Series' ultrasonic welders come in 15 kHz, 20 kHz and 40 kHz models are available with power output from 700 to 4000 watts. All models are voltage stabilized and include full PLC interface, StackMatchTm automatic frequency tuning, and PLC amplitude control. The FDL model features a linear encoder for welding to pre-specified depths.

Power supplies include pretrigger controls. Programs are easily entered on the front panel keypad. Up to ten jobs can be programmed, stored and run from the units which can be remotely positioned. All F Series' power supplies are fully compatible with remote converters and all of Sonics & Materials welding presses, including benchtop units, sliniline actuators used in automated systems, and custom configurations.
