Restrictor Check Valves (For Plastics)
The IMH Restrictor Check Valve functions as an orifice in series with a check valve that is made for installation into plastic. The 5.5 mm valve is made with an easy press-in installation design, having the possibility for installation in either direction, and providing forward or reverse flow capabilities.
The restrictor check valve simplifies the manifold by combining hydraulic functions. These check valves also provide an accurate flow, creating a more consistent system performance and eliminating the need for expensive alternative components. Each restrictor valve is 100% flow tested for consistent batch-to-batch performance and to assure all parts are within flow tolerance, thereby eliminating rework. Restrictor check valves may be used in many medical applications including oxygen concentrators, hospital beds, medical instruments, prosthetics, and dental devices. Where screening is necessary, a companion screen is available in four different micron ratings.
