The Type BLS 125°C DC Link Capacitors are engineered to deliver outstanding reliability and long service life, making them particularly well-suited for demanding applications in alternative energy systems and electric vehicles. Demonstrating exceptional durability, the Type BLS series has successfully passed rigorous 2,000-hour temperature-humidity bias (THB) testing at 85°C and 85% relative humidity, far exceeding typical requirements. Meeting automotive-grade AEC-Q200 standards, these capacitors deliver twice the rated lifetime at rated voltage compared to many competing solutions, ensuring superior operational stability.

Key design features include a wide operating temperature range of -55°C to 125°C, making them an ideal match for high-speed SiC semiconductor switching environments. They are offered with capacitance values ranging from 1 µF to 220 µF and voltage ratings between 450 and 1100 Vdc, providing flexibility across a range of power conversion and filtering applications.

The robust construction features UL94-V0 flame-retardant plastic encapsulation with thermosetting resin potting, which enhances resistance to solvents, vibration, and mechanical stress.
