Poring over our annual employee survey results at Boston Scientific in 2017, we were taken aback to learn — much to our chagrin — that not all of our female employees felt they had the same equal opportunities for promotion as their male counterparts. Those survey results were a catalyst for action. Here are five practical steps for advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives in medtech.
